Oooo, to be back in Italia!

I intended on putting up some pics of the English countryside displaying its fall colours, but the camera and computer are working against me this morning.  So, instead, I give you Italy.  We went to Italy last month with our best mates.  We ate fantastic food, saw the sun (which BTW I have not seen since), drank too much, and climbed a lot of fricken stairs.  Some pics:

This is a side view of the Duomo in Florence.  We decided to go up . . .

After climbing 460 steps, we reached the top of the Duomo.  This is what we saw:

Was it worth the 460 step climb?  Jennifer didn't think so:
